Are you licensed and insured, and can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Champion Property Care is licensed and insured, and we provide a certificate of insurance on request, including naming a property owner, manager, or general contractor as additional insured when your lease or contract requires it. Just tell us what the paperwork needs to say.
How do you keep our business running during the work?
We phase the work, seal and mark off active areas, keep dust and fumes contained, and clean up so the space is ready for staff and customers each day. Low-odor and low-VOC products are available for spaces that stay occupied, like offices and medical suites.
Do you work with property managers and multi-unit properties?
Yes. We handle single suites, whole buildings, and turnovers for property managers and landlords. You get one point of contact, a written scope, and one invoice instead of coordinating separate trades yourself.
Do you do more than paint?
Yes. Alongside interior and exterior painting we do drywall, trim, tenant improvements, and light commercial remodeling in-house, and we bring in licensed plumbers and electricians when a build-out needs them. One crew carries the project instead of handing you between contractors.
