Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Champion Property Care LLC collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple and we do not sell your information.
Who We Are
Champion Property Care LLC ("Champion," "we," "us," or "our") is a painting and remodeling contractor based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, serving the Nashville metro and Middle Tennessee. You can reach us at (615) 266-4109 or info@championpropertycare.com.
Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of standard technical data that almost every website receives.
- Information you submit. When you fill out our quote request or careers form, or when you call, text, or email us, we collect the details you provide. This can include your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the work you need. Job applicants may also submit a resume or work history.
- Referral program information. Enrolling in our Referral Program collects more than the quote form does, because a referral has to be matched to a real person and checked for abuse. See the section below.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host may record standard information such as your device type, browser, and general location, and the pages you view. This helps keep the site running and secure.
We do not have user accounts or logins, and we do not ask for sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, driver's licence numbers, bank details, or payment card numbers through this website.
The Referral Program
Our referral program has an enrolment step, and it collects and stores more than the rest of the site. Enrolling is not creating an account: there is no username, no password, no login, and no customer dashboard. What we collect when you enrol as a referrer or as a referred friend is:
- Your full legal name, email address, phone number, and property address
- The referral relationship: who referred whom, and the referral code that links you
- Your referral code and an internal participant and referral ID
- Your agreement to the Referral Program Terms and your acknowledgment of this policy, the version of those terms in force, and the date and time you agreed
- Your typed electronic signature
- The status of your referral and of any credit you earn, and the project a credit is requested for
- Optionally, a note about a previous Champion project, if you give us one
We use this to run the program: to work out who referred whom, to decide whether a reward has been earned, to apply a credit when you ask us to, to keep a record of what you agreed to, and to spot and prevent referral fraud. Checking for abuse means comparing a submission against the enrolments we already hold, including a normalised form of the email address, phone number, and property address, so that the same person or property is not credited twice. Where something looks unusual, a person at Champion reviews it.
Where it is stored. Referral enrolments are processed and stored in Google Sheets, in a spreadsheet Champion controls, using Google Apps Script to receive the form and write to it. Google processes this information on our behalf as our service provider. A copy of each submission is also emailed to us through Google so we know to act on it. Nothing in your browser can read or change that spreadsheet.
How long we keep it. We keep referral records for as long as the program relationship is live and afterwards as part of our business records, so we can honour a credit you earned, resolve a dispute about one, and show what terms were agreed to and when.
Contact about your referral. Enrolling means we may call, text, or email you about that enrolment, a referral tied to it, and the project it relates to. It does not sign you up for marketing, and we do not treat it as marketing consent.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you share to:
- Respond to your quote request and answer your questions
- Schedule visits, provide estimates, and perform the work you hire us for
- Follow up about a project, including touch ups and service
- Review job applications
- Keep records required to run our business
How Your Information Is Processed
Our website is hosted by a third party hosting provider, and quote and careers form submissions are delivered to us by that provider and through our email service. Referral program enrolments are handled separately: they are sent to Google Apps Script and stored in a Google Sheet that Champion controls, as described above. These providers process the data on our behalf so we can receive and act on what you send us. We do not allow them to use your information for their own marketing.
Cookies and Tracking
Our website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We load fonts from Google, which means Google may receive a standard web request when a page loads. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe it.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:
- With service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, our email provider, and Google, which stores our referral program records in Google Sheets
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
- In connection with a sale or transfer of the business, in which case your information would remain protected under a policy like this one
Calls and Text Messages
When you give us your number through a form or by contacting us, you consent to calls and texts from us about your request, your project, or a referral you enrolled in. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. We use your number only to communicate with you. We do not sell phone numbers or add you to marketing lists without your consent.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to respond to your request, complete and stand behind our work, and meet our legal and business record keeping needs. Referral program records, including your acceptance of the terms and your electronic signature, are kept as business records so we can honour credits and settle any question about one. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to remove it.
Your Choices
You may ask us what information we have about you, request a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, email info@championpropertycare.com or call (615) 266-4109. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records may be kept where the law requires or permits.
Children
Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to Other Sites
Our site may link to third party sites, such as our Google Business Profile or a Google review page. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Leaving a review or using those services is subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Please check back so you stay informed.
