Champion Property Care is a young company. Our lead technician is not. Nady Saleh started painting for a living at 18, and he is 52 now. This is how those years turned into the crew that shows up at your door.
Where it started
Nady's first trade was cathedral work in our home country. He did full finishes on cathedrals and painted biblical art inside them. That kind of work does not forgive much. A line that wanders or a color that is slightly off stays up there for everyone to see, for as long as the building stands, so you learn to prep properly and take your time with the detail.
Between cathedral jobs he did commercial and residential painting, like most painters who want to keep working. Shops, offices, houses. By the time he left, he had years of both behind him: the ornate work and the everyday kind.
Coming to America
We came to the United States in 2012. Like a lot of tradesmen who start over in a new country, Nady went to work for other people first. For years he worked on and off with painting companies and contractors, learning the products American crews use and how jobs get run here.
Weekend jobs
In 2021 we started taking on work of our own. Weekend jobs and small gigs, fitted around everything else. None of it was a company yet. It was a way to find out whether we could run a job start to finish ourselves and do it the way we thought it should be done.
Champion Property Care
In November 2025 we started Champion Property Care and brought Nady in as lead technician. We built the company around the person who does the work instead of hiring the work out. He is on the jobs himself. There is no subcontractor showing up in his place.
We have been running ever since. Between April and August 2026 we completed 93 jobs across Nashville, Murfreesboro and the towns around them, and we wrote up what those jobs actually cost for anyone trying to budget.

What that means for your house
Cathedral work teaches patience with prep and a steady hand on detail, and on a house that shows up in the places people skip. The cut line where the wall meets the ceiling. Trim brushed by hand. Patches sanded until you cannot find them. If you ask Nady about a finish, you get a straight answer, because odds are he has used it.
You can see the results on our projects page, or read about the painting work we do across Middle Tennessee.
