Referral Program

Give $50. Get $50.

Happy with the work we did? Send a friend our way. They save $50 on their first project, and once their job is finished and paid, you get $50 toward yours. Enrolling takes about a minute and there is no account to create.

What you get

Two people save. One program.

The friend's discount and your credit are separate benefits, earned at different points. Here is what each one is and when it lands.

$50
For your friend

Off their first qualifying Champion project. They enrol through the program, we confirm they are a new customer, and the discount is theirs to use on that first job.

Available once they enrol and we verify it.
$50
For you

Toward a future Champion project, for every friend you send who hires us. Your credit sits at Waiting for Approval until their work is done.

Available after their job is completed and paid in full.
$50
For coming back

Hire us again and there is $50 waiting on your next project. Same as the referral credit in every other way, including the rules below.

One program credit per project, never two.

Two rules worth knowing before you start

Credits are not applied automatically. A credit becoming available does not put it on your next invoice. You have to ask us to use it, and we check it against our records before the invoice is finalised. If you forget to ask, we are not going back and reopening a paid invoice.

Credits do not stack. Only one $50 Champion program credit goes on any one project, whether it came from a referral or from being a repeat customer. Earn three and you have $150, but that is $50 each on three separate projects, not $150 off one.

How it works

Enrol, share your code, get paid when the job is done

No username, no password, no dashboard to log into. You enrol once, we give you a code, and the rest happens the way it always has: over the phone, at the kitchen table, or on the referral card in your gift bag.

  1. You enrol with your name, email, phone, address, and a typed signature on the program terms.
  2. We issue you a referral code and a link. Both go on the referral cards we give you after a job.
  3. Your friend enrols with your code, either from your link or by typing it in here.
  4. Their $50 first-project discount is set up. Your reward opens as Waiting for Approval.
  5. We quote the job, they accept it, and we do the work. Your reward is still waiting.
  6. Their project is finished and paid in full. That is the moment that counts.
  7. We approve the referral and your credit becomes $50 Credit Available.
  8. When you are ready to use it, you ask us for it and we apply it to that project's invoice.
Get started

Which one are you?

Pick the one that fits. Both take about a minute.

Using a credit

Ask us to use your $50

Credits are never applied on their own. Tell us which project you want yours on and we will check it against our records before the invoice is finalised. You can also just say so on the phone or when we quote the job.

Request my $50 credit

Use the same email or phone number you enrolled with so we can find your record.

An email address or a phone number, whichever you enrolled with.

The fine print

Referral Program Terms

Plain language, no surprises. Offered by Champion Property Care LLC, Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Terms version 2026-09-07 · Last updated September 7, 2026
  1. Who can take part. Any current or past Champion Property Care LLC customer may enrol as a Referrer. Anyone they refer who is genuinely a new Champion customer may enrol as a Referred Friend. You must be 18 or older and the work must be at a property in our service area.
  2. Enrolment is required. There is no account, username, password, or login. There is an enrolment. Both the Referrer and the Referred Friend have to enrol through this page, or with us directly, before any reward or discount exists. Telling us a name after a job is finished does not create a referral.
  3. What we ask you for. Full legal name, email address, phone number, and the property address, plus your agreement to these terms and the Privacy Policy and your electronic signature. We do not ask for and will not accept Social Security numbers, driver's licence numbers, bank details, or payment card numbers for this program.
  4. Electronic signature. Typing your full legal name and submitting the form is your signature, and it counts the same as signing on paper. We record your name, your agreement, your typed signature, the date and time, and the version of these terms in force when you signed. The version you signed is the one that governs your participation.
  5. Your referral code. Enrolling gets you a referral code and a link. Share it with anyone who needs work done. Do not post it publicly, sell it, or trade it. We can retire a code that is being misused.
  6. How a referral becomes official. The Referred Friend enrols using the Referrer's code, before their qualifying project is completed and invoiced. That is what ties the two of you together. A code entered afterwards does not qualify.
  7. Who counts as a new customer. A Referred Friend has to be someone who has not hired Champion before and who does not share a household or a property with the Referrer. Where we cannot tell, we look into it and decide.
  8. The friend's $50. A qualifying Referred Friend gets $50 off their first qualifying Champion project. It is subject to our verification and it has to be requested before that project's invoice is finalised.
  9. The referrer's $50. For each Referred Friend, the Referrer earns a $50 credit toward a future Champion project. It stays at Waiting for Approval until every one of the following is true: the referral is genuinely tied to that friend, the friend accepted the project, Champion performed it, the project is complete, and it has been paid in full. Only then do we approve it and mark it $50 Credit Available. An accepted estimate, a deposit, a scheduled job, or a finished job that has not been paid does not earn the reward.
  10. Available does not mean applied. This is the part people miss. An available credit is only applied when you ask us to redeem it and we have verified it before that invoice is finalised. We do not apply credits automatically, and forgetting to ask does not mean we go back and change an invoice that has already been settled.
  11. One credit per project. Only one $50 Champion program credit may go on a single qualifying project. That covers referral credits and the repeat-customer credit alike: you cannot use both on the same job.
  12. Several credits, several projects. You can earn as many valid referral credits as you have valid referrals. Three successful referrals is $150 in credits, and it is $50 each on three separate qualifying projects, not $150 off one. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, that is the rule.
  13. No combining with other offers. Program credits do not combine with coupons, promotions, other referral or repeat-customer discounts, or any other offer, unless Champion authorises it in writing.
  14. No cash value. Credits are discounts on future Champion work. They cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied to a project that is already completed or invoiced, and cannot reduce an invoice below our minimum service charge. We may set a reasonable minimum project size for a referral to qualify.
  15. Not transferable. A credit belongs to the person who earned it. It cannot be sold, given away, or moved to another person or another household.
  16. Expiration. A credit expires 12 months after the date it becomes available if it has not been redeemed.
  17. Cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks. If the Referred Friend's project is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, any reward tied to it is void. If we had already applied it, we may recover the amount on a later invoice.
  18. Duplicate referrals. A person can be referred once. The first valid enrolment is the one that counts, and later claims on the same person do not create additional rewards.
  19. Self-referrals and shared properties. You cannot refer yourself, a second property you own, or someone at your own address or household. We check email addresses, phone numbers, and property addresses for overlaps, and anything that looks like one is held for review rather than rejected outright, because there are legitimate cases.
  20. Abuse and fraud. Made-up referrals, duplicate submissions, someone else's details, and any other attempt to work the program will have the rewards withheld and can get the participant removed. We may void a credit that was obtained this way even after it has been approved.
  21. Our right to verify. Champion verifies every referral and has the final say on whether one qualifies. We may approve, reject, void, or hold a referral for review under these terms, and we may ask you for information to confirm a referral is legitimate.
  22. Be honest about it. If you talk publicly about your experience with us, tell the truth and mention that you may receive a reward. A referral should reflect work we actually did for you.
  23. Taxes. Rewards are discounts on our services, not payments. Any tax that applies to you is yours to handle.
  24. Changes to the program. We may change, pause, or end this program at any time. A change does not take away a credit already marked available. The version posted on this page is the one that applies.
  25. Governing terms. This program is offered by Champion Property Care LLC of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is governed by Tennessee law, and sits under our Terms of Use. How we handle the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy.
