We are based in Murfreesboro, which puts most of Nashville about forty minutes up I-24. We have been working in Davidson County for years, and the drive changes nothing about how the job runs: same crew, same prep, same walkthrough at the end before anyone calls it finished.
Nashville is really a dozen different housing stocks sitting on top of each other, and they do not want the same approach. A 1930s bungalow in East Nashville, Inglewood, or Sylvan Park has plaster behind the walls, trim carrying six or eight coats, and settling cracks that come straight back if somebody just skims over them. Ten minutes west, the tall narrow new builds in The Nations went up fast on builder-grade paint and hollow-core doors, and they stop looking new somewhere around year four. Green Hills, Belle Meade, and Forest Hills run older and heavier again: real wood trim, wallpaper that was hung to stay, and kitchens where refinishing the cabinets gets you most of a remodel for a fraction of the cost.
The other thing about working in Nashville is access. Narrow streets, no driveway, a neighbor parked tight on both sides. We sort the truck and the ladders out ahead of time instead of showing up and figuring it out in your front yard. For condos and buildings around downtown, the Gulch, or Midtown, we get the certificate of insurance and the elevator or freight reservation squared away with your property manager before day one.
Because painting, drywall, molding, flooring, and cabinets are all in-house, you are not lining up three contractors to finish one room. Pick what you need below and we will start your free estimate with it filled in.
