Champion Property Care LLC provides painting, drywall, molding and trim, cabinet installation, flooring, and related property care services in the Nashville metro and Middle Tennessee. Information on this website is for general purposes and is not an offer or a contract. Any work we perform for you is provided under a separate written estimate or agreement for that specific job.
We provide free estimates. An estimate is our good faith price based on the scope we can see at the time. Until you approve a written estimate or agreement, no quote is final or binding. If the scope of a job changes, or if conditions are found that could not be seen during the estimate, the price may need to be adjusted, and we will discuss any change with you before doing that additional work.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If something we completed is not right against what we quoted and agreed to, let us know and we will come back and correct the workmanship issue. This commitment covers our workmanship. It is not a separate written warranty, and it does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by others, changes made after we finish, product or material defects covered by a manufacturer, or issues outside the agreed scope. If a specific warranty is offered for a job, it will be stated in writing in the agreement for that job. Manufacturer warranties on materials, where they exist, are provided by the manufacturer.
Completing a job on time depends on access to the property and on conditions at the site. Payment terms, deposits if any, and the schedule for a job are set in the written estimate or agreement for that job. Please tell us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
