These terms cover the use of our website and the general way we work with customers. The specific price, scope, and terms for any job are set in the written estimate or agreement for that job.
Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Champion Property Care LLC website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
About Our Services
Champion Property Care LLC provides painting, drywall, molding and trim, cabinet installation, flooring, and related property care services in the Nashville metro and Middle Tennessee. Information on this website is for general purposes and is not an offer or a contract. Any work we perform for you is provided under a separate written estimate or agreement for that specific job.
Estimates and Quotes
We provide free estimates. An estimate is our good faith price based on the scope we can see at the time. Until you approve a written estimate or agreement, no quote is final or binding. If the scope of a job changes, or if conditions are found that could not be seen during the estimate, the price may need to be adjusted, and we will discuss any change with you before doing that additional work.
Our Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. Every project is backed by a written limited workmanship warranty in your job agreement (currently one year from substantial completion) covering defects in our own labor and application, such as peeling, blistering, or flaking of paint caused by our surface preparation or application. It does not cover normal wear and tear, fading or color change, moisture, leaks or humidity from any source, structural movement, unsound substrates, damage caused by others or by changes made after we finish, or product and material defects (which are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any). Referral Program
Our referral program lets our customers and the friends they refer each save on their projects. The detailed rules are set out in their own written terms on our Referral Program page, and those terms control. What follows is the short version.
Enrolment. Taking part means enrolling through the referral page and giving us your name, email, phone, and property address. Enrolling is not a website account: there is no username, password, login, or customer dashboard on this site.
Electronic acceptance. When you enrol you agree to the Referral Program Terms and type your name as an electronic signature. That signature has the same effect as signing on paper. We record what you agreed to, when, and which version of the terms was in force, and the version you signed is the one that governs your participation.
Credits. Rewards are credits toward future Champion work. They have no cash value. A referrer's credit is earned only after the referred project is completed and paid in full. A credit that becomes available is not applied automatically: you have to ask us to use it, and we verify it before the applicable invoice is finalised. Only one Champion program credit may be applied to any single qualifying project, and credits do not stack with each other or with other offers.
Verification. We verify every referral and have the final say on whether one qualifies. We may approve, reject, void, or hold a referral for review under the published program terms.
Project Photos
We may photograph completed work and use before-and-after images in our portfolio and marketing. Marketing photos do not show a property's street address or house number, and do not show any person, without separate written permission. If you would prefer that we not use photos of your project, let us know in writing and we will honor that.
Scheduling, Access, and Payment
Completing a job on time depends on access to the property and on conditions at the site. Payment terms, deposits if any, and the schedule for a job are set in the written estimate or agreement for that job. Please tell us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Using This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to it, or misuse the contact and quote forms, including sending spam or false information. The logo, text, images, and design on this site belong to Champion Property Care LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Third Party Links
Our website may link to third party services, such as our Google Business Profile, a Google review page, or a phone or text app. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error free, and we may change it at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Champion Property Care LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be limited under applicable law. This section covers use of the website. The terms that apply to work we perform are set in the written agreement for that job.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee.
